We offer various aerial arts classes, including lyra, split silks, hammock, and specialty apparatuses.
Lyra Fundamentals
Have you ever dreamed of trying Lyra (aerial hoop)? Here is your chance! Our experienced instructor will evaluate your movement and guide you in the beginning steps of your lyra journey. Perfect for beginners, this class will increase your strength and flexibility while spinning in the air.
Lyra Intermediate/Advanced
In our intermediate/advanced lyra class, take principles you have learned from your lyra fundamentals class and expand on them. Explore moves with greater flexibility, lyra drops, and longer sequences of moves. Instructor approval required.
Open Lyra
This self guided class will allow you to practice what you have already learned in our lyra classes. Open Lyra is not an instructor led course. Previous experience on lyra required.
Aerial Toy Box
Lyra, chains, and cubes, oh my! This intermediate and up aerial class allows you to explore movement of various apparatuses. Some apparatuses that will appear in this class are aerial chains, aerial cube, flying pole, and aerial straps. This class is not suitable for beginner aerial students. Instructor approval required.
