Floor Fatales
This is our floor work class. Learn how to slink, roll, split, and kip your way across the floor. This class is multilevel with modifications for wherever you are on your floor dancing journey. Please wear leggings and socks for this off the pole class. Kneepads and pole dance heels are highly recommended!
Sit Down, Strut Up
This class will change how you view a chair. Our instructor will guide you through sensual choreography and acrobatic chair work. Sit Down, Strut Up is multi level and beginner friendly, with modifications to accommodate you wherever you are in your dance journey.
Fit and Flex
Have you dreamed of doing the splits? What about a back bend? Wherever you are on your flexibility and mobility journey, this class will guide you in exercises in both active and passive flexibility training. Modifications are made for all levels in this safe class. This is not just for the pole dancer trying to accomplish a big flexible trick. With a focus on mobility, our instructor will help keep you limber at any age or fitness background. Leggings and socks are recommended for this class. Equipment such as yoga blocks, mats, straps and resistance bands will be provided.
Baddie Bootcamp
Get ready to sweat! This off the pole class focuses on body weight calisthenics exercise to target key muscle groups such as your core, posterior chain, and upper body. No experience or additional equipment needed. This class will guide you to a stronger body whether you are an aerialist or you just want to feel better day to day. Please wear leggings or yoga shorts. This class can be performed barefoot. Modifications can be made for even someone just diving into their fitness journey.
